An exclusively private, family cottage situated on a three acre property. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for eight (8) including two bedrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms located in our semi-finished, walkout basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining room which comfortably sits eight adults. Satellite television and unlimited WIFI is provided free of charge. A wraparound deck provides sun and shade throughout the day with spectacular views of sunsets. There is a patio set and BBQ on the deck, overlooking a large fire pit and above ground pool(for the summer months of July and August). We supply a limited amount of outdoor firewood for you to enjoy.

Our cottage is located on Seabright Bay which has a serene channel leading out to Round Lake. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, fishing, and has professionally groomed snowmobile trails steps from the cottage’s front door. A peaceful 20 minute walk to the end of the road leads to a beautiful waterfall. A paddle boat and canoe are provided with an option to rent an aluminum boat with a 6Hp motor. The dock is available if you have your own boat. Our lakefront is approximately 3 feet at the dock with a silty bottom and is not ideal for swimming however, swimming off a boat is an excellent alternative. Linens are not provided, however, there is a linen service for a $200.00 fee. There is also a pet fee of $200.00.

Havelock is a 10 minute drive and has everything you need including Tim Horton’s, Foodland grocery store, The Beer Store, LCBO, Gas Stations, Home Hardware, a dollar store, bank, walk in clinic, restaurants, etc. You will find many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area such as horseback riding, Petroglyphs Provincial Park (https://www.ontarioparks.ca/park/petroglyphs), Riverview Park and Zoo (free) (https://www.riverviewparkandzoo.ca/en/index.aspx), Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge (https://www.visittrenthills.ca/ranneygorgesuspensionbridge/), a kids must see attraction at the reptile and dinosaur park(https://reptileanddinosaurpark.org/), and a quaint attraction called The High Spring Trading Post (https://www.highspringtradingpost.com) that has a gift shop and a small setup for children to pan for rocks and minerals.
